After rolling out the iPhone Duo and iPhone 18 Pro, Apple has released more mid-season hardware drops
On 26 October, we finally got the long-rumoured OLED iPad mini. The following day then delivered the much-anticipated M6-powered iMac and a refreshed 14-inch MacBook Pro.
Here are all the details you need about the three newly released gadgets.
If you have been holding out for a better display on Apple's smallest tablet, your patience has finally paid off. The eighth-generation iPad mini boasts a brilliant OLED screen with 1,200 nits of peak brightness.

Apple managed to stretch the display to 8.5 inches without making the tablet bulkier. It is a touch narrower and lighter than its predecessor.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the A20 Pro chip (the same silicon driving the iPhone 18 Pro) which means it is fully equipped to handle Apple Intelligence.
You also get a new Acoustic Display, promising punchier bass and clearer highs, plus an IP67 rating. It starts at RM2,999 for the Wi-Fi model and RM3,699 for the Wi-Fi and cellular model.
Meanwhile, desktop fans are getting a boost with the new M6 iMac

The colourful all-in-one now features a dual 16-core neural engine, making it significantly faster for AI workloads compared to the 2024 model, thanks to its built-in Apple M6 chip.
It keeps the familiar 24-inch display and vibrant colour options, but adds WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6 support. The base model starts at RM6,499 for the 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU while the 12-core CPU and 12-core GPU starts at RM7,499.
For laptop users, the new 14-inch MacBook Pro also gets the M6 treatment

It offers notable graphics and AI performance bumps alongside Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread support.
For those with the M5 model, the upgrade isn't significant. However, the latest Macbook makes for an appealing choice for those looking to switch from their older models.
There are also a slew of updates perfect for creatives that will be released for the Apple Creative Studio. Apps like Final Cut Pro, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers have been given a significant update.
The device starts at RM8,299.
