The Pokémon 30th Anniversary Adidas Originals line just dropped, and it is a delightful fusion of beloved characters, iconic designs, and classic sneaker silhouettes

The footwear line heavily features fan favourites like Pikachu, Charmander, and even the often-overlooked Charmeleon.

The electric mouse stars in the Superstar II mid-tops, complete with a textured Pikachu wrapping around the ankles.

If you prefer something subtler, the low-top version highlights his ears and recreates his fluffy fur, complete with two smiling Pikachus on the heel.

For fans of the original Generation I starters, the Charmander Superstar II brings the heat with its signature colours and fiery side accents.

Interestingly, Charmeleon finally gets some rare time in the spotlight with its very own Superstar II design.

Ghost-type enthusiasts, meanwhile, get a menacing Gengar Adistar XLG 2.0 and a subtle Haunter Adistar Control 5.

Legendary Pokémon also make a grand appearance alongside premium pricing for these limited-edition models.
Rayquaza is featured on both Megaride and ZX 500 RS models, befitting its legendary status.

Old-school purists, meanwhile, can show off their dedication with the sleek Mewtwo Samba OG.

This level of aesthetic dedication does come at a premium: The collection ranges from 16,500 yen (RM428) to 33,000 yen (RM857).
The shoes launched on 15 September in Japan via the Adidas online shop and Rakuten.
They are scheduled to hit overseas retailers starting 22 September.
