The roadshows brought the AJL40 experience to fans ahead of the grand finale, giving them a chance to get involved before the main event.

More than 7,000 people attended the live show at Unifi Arena, while millions more tuned in from home.

With the performances also making their way onto streaming platforms and social media, the anniversary celebrations continued online beyond the live broadcast.

At the centre of AJL40 were 10 competing songs, each brought to life through its own performance

Under Music Director Aubrey Suwito, the performances combined music, storytelling and visuals to give each song its own identity on stage.

Beyond the performances themselves, the show also gave audiences plenty to talk about and share online, from standout moments to reactions surrounding the competition.

AJL40 also brought several brand partners into the 40th anniversary experience
