Many of us don't think about bone and joint issues until later in life, but our everyday habits today can make a difference in the long run

According to the National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2023, one in two Malaysians leads a sedentary lifestyle, while one in three is not physically active. These habits contribute to growing concerns about long-term mobility and musculoskeletal health.

That's why BLACKMORES is shining a spotlight on preventive bone and joint health at the Jom!Fit Carnival, encouraging people to start building healthier habits before problems arise.

The event is happening from now until 26 July at One Utama and is part of their 'More Health, More Life' initiative in collaboration with CARiNG Pharmacy.

One of the carnival's biggest highlights is the 500 Wellness Laps Challenge, where you can get moving by completing laps around the event space

Complete the challenge and you can receive exclusive event rewards!

BLACKMORES is also contributing 200 wellness products to participating running clubs in recognition of their efforts in inspiring more Malaysians to stay active.

The activity reflects BLACKMORES' belief that better long-term health is built through small, consistent actions rather than drastic lifestyle changes.

Even if running isn't your thing, there's plenty more to explore throughout the carnival
