Coalfields Retail Park is set to open in Sungai Buloh, Selangor on Thursday, 10 September

Situated in Bandar Seri Coalfields, the 21-acre development will feature more than 100 brands across a 2.5-storey hybrid indoor and outdoor concept, with direct access to a lush seven-acre lakeside park.

The mall is the first retail development by KLK Land Sdn Bhd (KLK Land), the property development arm of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK).

Its opening marks the next phase in the evolution of Bandar Seri Coalfields as the township continues to grow into a more complete and integrated community.

KLK Land managing director Lee Wen Ling said the company looks forward to welcoming visitors to a vibrant lifestyle destination, supported by a strong mix of junior anchors, family-oriented attractions, and lifestyle brands designed to serve the everyday needs of the surrounding community.

KLK Land previously revealed several major tenants, including Village Grocer, Harborland, Blue Ice Skating Rink, and Decathlon

KLK Land said the mall is supported by a population of more than one million within a 20-minute drive, as well as an established residential catchment of more than 10,000 residents in Bandar Seri Coalfields. The area also has a growing base of young families and middle- to upper-income households.

The mall is accessible via major roads, including Jalan Kuala Selangor, the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), and the Kuala Lumpur–Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR).

It will have 860 car park lots, EV charging points, and bicycle racks to cater to visitors arriving by different modes of transport.
