7. Inside Scoop
Inside Scoop's Lokal Legends collection is back with nine ice cream flavours inspired by familiar Malaysian brands and flavours.
This year's lineup includes Gardenia's Choc-A-Lot Twiggies, ZUS' Ube Latté, Oriental Kopi's Kaya Butter Toast, Boh's Teh Tarik, and flavours inspired by brands like Secret Recipe, Farm Fresh, Beryl's, Mister Potato, and Cap Tangan.
8. K Fry Urban Korean
K Fry Urban Korean is bringing some Malaysian-inspired flavours into its latest Rasa Kick Series.
Running from 10 August to 30 September, the new menu includes K'rispy Gochu Mayo Chicken, Poppin' Sweet Corn Bingsoo, and Velvet Sweet Corn Shake.
There are also challenges where you can win prizes like Bose headphones worth up to RM1,799, K Fry merch, and free boneless fried chicken.
9. Madam Kwan's
Madam Kwan's has put some of its most recognisable Malaysian dishes onto one platter.
The Merdeka Platter For 2 comes with rendang, satay, curry, sambal, and more for RM65.80++, along with two free Coca-Cola Rasa Asli drinks.
10. McDonald's
McDonald's has given its sundae a local-inspired makeover with the new Kon Gemilang. It combines a cold, creamy sundae with the sweet flavour of corn, making it a pretty interesting addition to the dessert menu.
11. Mykōri
CheeseKeki fans have two weeks to get their favourite flavours for less.
From 1 to 14 August, Mykōri members can get RM6.90 off all CheeseKeki flavours, including Chocolate Velvet, Matcha Berry, and Pistachio Crunch.
The offer is available at all Mykōri outlets, as well as on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
12. Oriental Kopi
Oriental Kopi is keeping breakfast local with two options from RM12.90 throughout August.

13. Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut is putting a Malaysian spin on its Pan Pizza with two bold new flavours: Pizza Kari Laksa and Pizza Durian Brûlée. Prices start from RM6.90 with every purchase of a Regular-sized pizza.
You can expect the familiar flavours of these two Malaysian favourites, served on Pizza Hut's signature thick and fluffy Pan Pizza.
14. The Chicken Rice Shop
The Chicken Rice Shop has put together a pretty solid local-food combo for RM16.90.
The Combo Local Lah comes with Crispy Roast Chicken Rice, Penang Rojak or Keropok Lekor, and a 12oz soft drink, so you can get a few Malaysian favourites in one meal.
15. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
Coffee Bean is giving away a little something extra with your coffee this month.
From 5 August, spend at least RM49 in a single receipt and you can redeem a free Merdeka sticker pack and car sticker.
There are different designs released each week, so you can collect them as the month goes on.

Starbucks is making Wednesdays a little cheaper with selected drinks going for RM9.90.
