Shake Shack is opening a new outlet at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, marking the American burger chain's fifth outlet in Malaysia
The upcoming outlet will join the brand's growing presence in the Klang Valley, with its other locations at The Exchange TRX, Sunway Pyramid, KLIA Terminal 2, and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
While an official opening date has yet to be announced, the new location will give fans another spot to get their hands on Shake Shack's signature ShackBurgers, crinkle-cut fries, shakes, and frozen custard.
Threads user @damiakhalisya recently shared a photo of the new outlet's signage.
There's no confirmed opening date yet, but it could open towards the end of this year
A 1 Utama spokesperson told SAYS that the outlet is expected to open sometime towards the end of 2026.
SAYS also reached out to Shake Shack for more information about the opening but has yet to receive a response.
So, if you've been waiting for a Shake Shack closer to Bandar Utama, you'll have to hold out a little longer.
