This unique sculpture by Perth artist Marcus Canning is constructed from nine recycled sea containers; it stands 9-metres high and is 19-metres long! Installed between the bridges at Beach Reserve, this public artwork welcomes all visitors, whether they're arriving by train, car or boat.
'Rainbow' was even featured in the super popular TV3 drama 'Jangan Benci Cintaku' that saw a record 12 million viewers. Did you spot it? ;)

3. Get panoramic views of the Darling Ranges when you take the Mount Dale Walk Trail
This moderate 2.5km trek brings you through the bush, then up the Bibbulmum Track, to reach the Mount Dale picnic area. There's also an animal viewing spot for a stunning view of Helena National Park and the Darkin River Valley.

4. Get an adrenaline fix when you go sand boarding at the Lancelin sand dunes
Try sand boarding down the massive Lancelin sand dunes, which are the biggest in Western Australia. Other activities include riding a dirt bike or four-wheel drive. Even just a walk on the sand dune peaks will reward you with gorgeous views of farmland and coastline.
It's only an hour and a half drive to reach the dunes from Perth or you can hop on the bus towards Geraldton.

5. Cross the Bells Rapids to for a thrilling view of nature (and a chance to spot the beautiful grey kangaroos!)
Wander along this unique circuit walk trail beside the Avon River to explore streams and waterfalls, while enjoying breathtaking views of countryside and coastal plains. Bells Rapids is also the habitat of the grey kangaroo, which can be spotted at certain times of the year.
Enjoy a 40-minute drive from Perth to reach Bells Rapids, or simply take the bus to Bells Rapids Park.
