KTMB Offers Extra ETS Trains For Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebrations Starting 28 March

Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) will be adding four additional ETS trips to accommodate the surge in travel demand during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration

Between 28 March and 6 April, KTMB will provide two additional trips for the KL Sentral-Padang Besar route and two additional trips for the KL Sentral-Butterworth route.

Here are the schedules for the two trains:

The KL Sentral-Padang Besar train will make stops at major stations, including Sungai Buloh, Tanjung Malim, Ipoh, Taiping, and Sungai Petani before arriving at Padang Besar.

Train number EP9283 will depart from Padang Besar at 11.05am and is scheduled to arrive at KL Sentral at 4.30pm. Meanwhile, train number EP9286 will depart KL Sentral at 5pm and is scheduled to arrive at Padang Besar at 10.20pm.

Meanwhile, the KL Sentral-Butterworth route will stop by stations such as Sungai Buloh, Tanjung Malim, Ipoh, Taiping, and Bukit Mertajam.

Departing from KL Sentral at 4.45pm, the EP9186 train will arrive in Butterworth at 8.50pm.

The return trip, train EP9185, will leave Butterworth at 11.20am, reaching KL Sentral at 3.25pm.
