KTMB Releases 2025 Dates For MySawasdee Trains

Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) has announced new dates for the MySawasdee train service from KL Sentral to Hat Yai, Thailand
The train will be running from KL Sentral to Hat Yai and back on the following dates:
- 30 January & 2 February
- 11 & 14 April
- 30 April & 3 May
The entire journey will take approximately 11 hours
Starting at KL Sentral, the MySawasdee train will make stops in Tanjung Malim, Ipoh, Taiping, and Padang Besar stations before arriving at Hat Yai.
Departing from KL Sentral at 10.30pm (Malaysian time), the 1004 train will arrive in Padang Besar at 7.06am. From there, passengers continue to Hat Yai, arriving at 8.50am (Thailand time).
The return trip, train 1005, will leave Hat Yai at 10.20am (Thailand time), reaching Padang Besar at 12pm (Malaysian time), and finally arriving back in KL Sentral at 10.52pm.

Tickets go on sale today, 2 January, at RM95 one-way
Passengers will have to disembark at Padang Besar station for immigration and customs clearance before continuing to Hat Yai.
