In the market to buy a multi-million dollar mansion to live out your Crazy Rich Asians lifestyle?
How about a mansion located in Sungai Penchala, Kuala Lumpur, listed for "only" RM19 million?
According to a real estate Facebook page, Hasrat Hadzrat, the opulent property was listed as a 30,000 sqft mansion featuring 26 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a one-acre orchard.
The mansion is also sectioned into three blocks: the centre block and its two wings. The centre block was listed as having five floors, while the wings have two floors and a roof garden each. Each floor is reportedly 3,000 sqft.
The asking price was apparently reduced from RM21 million to its current price of "only" RM19 million.
The mansion is also said to be located in a prime area, surrounded by malls and quick access to highways
The listing said that the mansion is located just seven minutes away from 1 Utama shopping mall, 10 minutes from The Curve and IKEA, 10 minutes from Giant grocery store in Kota Damansara, and two minutes from Masjid Jamek Tengku Abdul Aziz Shah.
Several highways are also accessible from the mansion's location, such as the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), SPRINT Expressway, and Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH).
The property listing has since made its rounds on social media and gained the attention of netizens
While some were in awe of the massive luxury property, some jokingly queried about what it would be like to live in such a large mansion.
"I feel like I want to buy it. But my child likes to hide the TV remote. It already takes three days to find a missing remote in a small house. If it was lost in a huge house like this one, the remote will still be missing even after my child has grown up," one netizen joked.
"In this house, you need to use Waze to navigate it. And the swimming pool can host the Olympics," another netizen said.
One creative netizen even gave a scenario, saying, "I want to buy it. But if I'm chased by a ghost and I want to make a break for the front door, I won't reach it in time. And if I scream for help, my neighbours will think it's just monkeys screaming."
Not going to lie, this huge mansion would probably make us feel like we're lost in the backrooms:
