Unfit Malaysians Tried CrossFit For The First Time... And Almost Died In The Process
Phew, how lucky we are to be alive right now! :O
CrossFit - one of the most brutal and challenging workouts known to humankind. Well, at least that's what we heard from the people who've done it.
Because we always love a new challenge, the SAYS team dragged our not-so-fit butts to CrossFit Pahlawan in an attempt to make our bodies fitter and stronger. Did we make it 'til the end? Watch to find out:
Phew, that was EXHAUSTING (and painful!), but we like to think that #TeamCrossFat has built some muscles in just 15 fun-but-torturous minutes. :D

A true test of fitness based on the combination of weightlifting,
gymnastics, and monostructural modalities, the CrossFit competition returns for its second year this 16 and 17 July 2016. This year's event will not only have individual and team categories (Men's and Women's Open, Men and Women's Scaled, Team combo of two men and two women), the competition is also open to future CrossFit elites - Teens (Boys and Girls), a first of its kind in this region.
Registration is open to the public until Sunday, 19 June 2016 via CrossFit Pahlawan's website.
