An old school craft store and haberdashery in Sea Park, Petaling Jaya (PJ) will close down by the end of October

Malaysian miniature artist @tinypinc shared a recent video of her visiting Sam Trading Company in PJ, a craft store that she says is currently having a massive sale to clear out their stock before they shut down on 31 October.

In the video, she explains that the owner has been running the store for over four decades, while his daughter joined him 28 years ago.

They sell art and craft supplies, along with sewing items like cloth, threads, ribbons, beads, and buttons

Even if you're unable to pay them a visit, she encourages the public to support old school craft stores like these, as they have been slowly shutting down one by one.

"It's really sad to see stores like this go," she says, adding in the comments that they do not have enough manpower to sell the items online.

Malaysians, especially those who grew up visiting the store, also expressed their sadness in the comments
