If you've been looking for informative, helpful content on women's health, but didn't know where to start (or were too shy to ask before), we've gotchu covered!

This new initiative by SAYS is aimed at normalising conversations around women's health through:

  • Accessible content
  • Community engagement
  • Ongoing dialogue

Topics like menstruation, reproductive health, and hormonal changes are still often met with discomfort or misinformation

But 'Just Flow With It' seeks to create a safe, judgment-free space for Malaysians to learn, share, and speak openly.

"Periods have long been treated as something dirty or shameful, when in reality, they're completely natural and normal," said Laila Zain, Head of English Network, REV Media Group.

"When we avoid talking about them or learning about them, it can lead to misinformation and even health risks. This isn't just a women's issue. This is something everyone should understand, because it's a basic part of life for half the population.

"The goal with 'Just Flow With It' is to make these conversations feel less intimidating, and ultimately, not a big deal."

At the core of Just Flow With It is a dedicated content hub that breaks down commonly misunderstood topics

By focusing on everyday concerns and real-life experiences, the platform aims to make women's health more approachable for a wider audience.

Beyond educational content, the campaign introduces an interactive component that invites audiences to share their own experiences.

Through an anonymous submission feature, individuals can contribute personal stories. This helps to reflect the diversity of experiences and provides a safe space for women to share.

Selected responses will be featured on the platform, building a growing collection of real voices and perspectives.

The initiative also brings together short-form videos, social media content, and interactive formats designed to reach audiences where they already are.

By combining informative and relatable storytelling, SAYS aims to spark conversations that go beyond the screen and into everyday life.

Beyond digital content, Just Flow With It will extend into on-ground activations designed to bring the community together

This includes a free, public fitness and wellness class, with more events planned.
