This Chinese New Year, Sunway Theme Parks is hosting 'Scales of Prosperity 蛇韵丰盈', a celebration blending tradition, creativity, and community
From now until 2 February, the event offers a mix of performances, activities, and cultural experiences at Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World of Tambun.
Visitors can enjoy a range of performances, including an LED Dragon Dance, Wushu displays, and the intricate art of Face Changing. For a touch of tradition, guests greeting park ambassadors with "Gong Xi Fa Cai" may receive ang pow giveaways containing mystery prizes.
At Sunway Lagoon, activities include a life-sized Giant Snake Board Game, crafting paper snakes, and tanghulu-making sessions. Food lovers can savour live-cooked delicacies by in-house chefs.
Meanwhile, Sunway Lost World of Tambun offers unique experiences like the Snake's Bounce game, Chinese Jianzi, and a rare Animal Lou Sang experience. Both parks will feature musical fireworks to end the day on a high note.

Created with the help of children from the Explorer Rangers programme, the artwork reflects Malaysia's multicultural spirit and a shared hope for prosperity.
The Explorer Rangers programme, designed to inspire children through hands-on activities, played a pivotal role in creating this artwork, showcasing themes of teamwork and creativity.
"As we welcome the Year of the Snake, we're reminded of the strength that comes from togetherness," said Calvin Ho, Executive Director of Sunway Theme Parks.
"Scales of Prosperity is more than a celebration, it's a story of community, tradition, and the joy of creating memories with loved ones," he added.
