Financial support: Monthly allowances, social security, and insurance contributions
Health and safety: Medical coverage and personal protective equipment for technical roles

Furthermore, PROTÉGÉs undergo an employability assessment six months post-completion, allowing TNB to track their career progress and refine the programme based on industry demands.
