Forbes has released its 2024 edition of the World's Best Employers list

Compiled in partnership with market research firm Statista, the ranking surveyed over 300,000 employees across more than 50 countries who work for multinational corporations with more than 1,000 workers.

These companies operate across at least two of the six continental regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, North America, and Oceania.

Employees were asked to evaluate their employers based on factors including:

  • Salary
  • Talent development opportunities
  • Remote work options
  • Whether they would recommend the company to others
  • And more
Additionally, respondents could rate companies they were familiar with through personal or professional connections.

A total of 850 companies from 48 countries made the list. Companies did not pay to participate or be selected.
