Feeling unsure about your own habits? Here's the right way to take care of your vagina:

For starters, the best panties are cotton and you should be changing your panties daily.

And if it gets a little moist - either from your intense workout, or the hot and humid Malaysian weather - you should get it changed as soon as possible. Wearing a pair of damp panties for too long may increase your risk of getting bacterial infection as the wetness is conducive for bacterial growth

In the event that you do have yeast or bacterial infection, always consult a doctor before you put any antifungal cream on your vagina.

A good way to stay fresh is to use panty liners to keep your v-zone dry and clean. Do remember to change it every four hours if you feel wetness there.

You should also steer clear from strong and scented soap, as these will change the vagina's pH levels. An abnormal pH level can cause infection too :(

- one that absorbs quickly to reduce wetness
- breathable and doesn't 'suffocate' your skin
- prevents stains on your panties
- prevents bad odour using natural ingredients such as daun sirih (betel leaf) extract
- uses material that prevents bacteria build-up and irritation
