However, the new collaboration between Singleton Selects and The Ice Cream Bar is bringing a unique twist in the form of The Singleton single malt Scotch whisky infused into handcrafted ice cream

For a limited time, there are 3 flavours being offered from the Singleton Selects x The Ice Cream Bar collaboration
The three exclusive ice cream flavours are surprisingly smooth, creamy and aromatic. Each ice cream flavour features a Singleton variant:
1. The Singleton Whisky Cream - The Singleton of Glen Ord 18 Years with milk, cream, sugars, egg yolks
2. The Singleton Whisky & Nuts - The Singleton of Glen Ord Signature with milk, cream, sugars, sponge cake, honey roasted almonds, salted caramel
3. The Singleton Crunchy Coffee Whisky - The Singleton of Glen Ord 12 Years with milk, cream, sugars, coffee, cocoa, waffle cone bits, dark chocolate and Nutella
Customers can also choose to have the whisky-infused ice cream served in other variants like with waffles or in an ice cream cake
Not new to the game, The Ice Cream Bar is the latest project by the masterminds behind Inside Scoop, which have been known for unconventional, artisanal ice cream flavours
With bold flavours like cempedak, XO cranberry, cendol, D24 and more under their repertoire, founders, Lim Shiew Li and Edmund Tan are back at it again with their latest creations of one-of-a-kind, whisky-infused ice cream flavours.
These boozy treats are inspired by the founders' love for innovation when it comes to discovering new ice cream flavours and also to dispel the idea that alcohol tastes bad
“We are constantly on the lookout to innovate our ice cream selections with new ingredients for a truly pleasurable taste experience. The idea of blending alcohol with ice cream serves as an alternative way to enjoy the beverage, and to challenge the misconception that alcohol tastes weird or bitter,” shared Edmund Tan, co-founder of The Ice Cream Bar.
