The attractions you'll get to visit include the NARUTO & BORUTO Theme Park, Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum, Kyoto International Manga Museum, Nipponbashi Denden Town, and Ghibli Park (subject to availability).
Because it includes entry to World Cosplay Summit 2024, the travel dates for this package are fixed. You'll be departing KL on 1 August and coming back on 7 August.
Originating in Japan, the World Cosplay Summit is a grand cosplay event held every summer in Nagoya, where cosplayers from all over the world gather to compete for the title of Best Cosplay Team
Since its launch in 2003, the event has gradually become one of the most influential and internationally engaging competitions in the cosplay community.
It started off with participants from only four countries and regions, but has now grown to include up to 36 countries worldwide and spanning four continents — Europe, America, Asia, and Australia. Many globally renowned cosplayers have emerged from this event, and it has been extensively covered by media around the world.
The 22nd edition, World Cosplay Summit 2024, will be held from 2 to 4 August in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.
Representing Malaysia at World Cosplay Summit 2024 are Rikka and Kyandy from Team Chendol, who are leading figures of the local cosplay community
They'll be competing against cosplayers from other countries for the championship title, so make sure to show them some support! Winners are selected based on costume accuracy, performance, and overall presentation.
Another highlight of World Cosplay Summit 2024 is the welcoming of a major group of new participants from countries and regions, including Mongolia, the Czech Republic, and Costa Rica.
Besides the cosplay competition, there will also be exhibition booths, special stages, a cosplay runway, performances, and various other things to keep you hyped throughout the three-day event.
