Haidilao M'sia Introduces Online Queue System So You Don't Have To Start Lining Up At 10AM

However, there are VERY limited spots available for online bookings.

Looks like hopeful diners will no longer have to wait for hours to get a table at Haidilao Hot Pot

The popular hot pot chain has introduced an online queueing system that allows customers to enter the line remotely instead of physically showing up to get a number. Here's how it works:

1. Scan any of the QR codes below according to the outlet you're planning to go to

Do note that only ONE queue number can be registered for each mobile number at any point of time.

2. The link will take you to a page showing the current status of the queue. This is also where you will be required to enter your name, phone number, and the size of your dining group.

There are limited spots available for each time slot, so if you encounter the message below, it means that queue numbers for that time slot have been fully redeemed and you'll have to wait for the next release

Online queue numbers are released at 10.30am, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, and 10pm daily.

3. If you did manage to secure a queue number, all that's left to do is wait. You can refer to and refresh the lineup page to check your queueing status.

Unfortunately, the system does not tell you the exact timeframe your number will be called, so you'll have to check your queueing status every now and then.

IMPORTANT: Unlike physical queue numbers, your online queue number will be invalid 30 minutes after your number is called.

Haidilao staff may also reject your party if you show them screenshots or shared links instead of the actual lineup page.

Good luck, happy queueing, and bon appetit!
