No CNY celebration is complete without yee sang, and Hilton KL's got you covered with three scrumptious options — their Signature Yee Sang with Tasmanian ocean trout and wasabi longan or with Tasmanian ocean trout, crispy rice, and assam chilli, as well as the popular Salted Egg Fish Skin & Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang
These yee sang options are created by Chef Lam Hock Hin for Hilton Kuala Lumpur's Chynna, a Chinese restaurant that serves delicate modern Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine.
