Savor Restaurant in Desa Sri Hartamas has launched its highly anticipated Christmas menu for 2024, featuring new festive dishes alongside returning favourites
Following overwhelming demand last year, the restaurant aims to cater to a growing audience of plant-based food enthusiasts with its expanded menu.
What's special about this vegan hotspot is that they don't use any mock meat. Instead, all their dishes are 100% plant-based.
Championing a healthy lifestyle, their array of drinks are also caffeine-free, which means you can down as many caramel iced lattes as you want without getting jittery. ;)
Available from 1 December, the Christmas menu features festive dishes designed to delight all taste buds — whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or simply a lover of great food!
The highlights of this year's offerings include the Beet Wellington, Raspberry Fettuccine, Roasted Cheezy Cauliflower, and Chocolate Mousse
Returning favourites like the Lion's Mane Mushroom Steak, Pumpkin Soup, and Christmas Pudding remain staples for regular patrons.
"Last year's response was incredible," said Peter Lee, co-founder of Savor. "We're excited to launch earlier this year to ensure more people can enjoy a festive dining experience that's both delicious and memorable."
Head Chef Roland Teo added that the menu was crafted to appeal to a wide audience, aiming to showcase the versatility of plant-based ingredients while capturing the essence of traditional holiday flavours.
"We wanted to create a menu that invites everyone, from meat lovers to plant-based enthusiasts, to celebrate together with dishes that are both comforting and inspiring," Teo added.
Available throughout December, the menu reflects Savor's commitment to sustainability and innovation, aligning with its mission to promote wellness through plant-based cuisine
