In the one-minute video posted on Threads on Wednesday, 9 September, the man was seen holding a steel scraper while aggressively pointing at the driver inside a vehicle.
He then appears to scratch the vehicle's hood and fender before gesturing towards the exit, seemingly demanding that the driver leave the parking compound.

He was arrested later that evening near a shopping centre close to the car park.

Police said the mall's management lodged 11 reports over the incident
One victim's Zeekr 7X sustained scratches estimated to cost up to RM3,000 to repair.
"Preliminary investigations found that the suspect is believed to have mental health problems and used a blunt object to scratch vehicles parked in the parking area," Nuzulan said.
