Police have arrested two individuals for leaving the dead body of their baby girl outside of a mosque in Petaling Jaya

According to Sinar Harian, an imam found the body in a plastic bag around 8.45pm on Sunday, 22 November.

The plastic bag was placed next to the imam's parked car outside of the mosque located in Sungai Way.

The body of the four-month-old was found along with a note which read, "I do not know how to manage this baby's corpse, for I am ignorant and a great sinner"

The author of the note also requested the members of the mosque to bury the body, as reported by Astro Awani.

They wrote, "My family disowned me because of this child. I do not have a proper home and do not have money to take this child to the hospital. Please handle the body and bury it properly, in accordance with Islam."
