Korean Priest In Penang Nabbed For Allegedly Molesting Several Men With Disabilities

A Korean priest in Penang was recently arrested for allegedly molesting several men with disabilities
According to Harian Metro, the suspect is a 54-year-old who is profoundly deaf.
He was apprehended while at church around 8.30pm on Monday, 23 November, following reports lodged by several victims, including two in Seberang Perai Utara (SPU).
Police in Penang received several reports against the priest from other men who are deaf without speech.
However, the authorities have been informed that there were also reports in other states over the same incidents.
The case is currently being investigated under Section 354 of the Penal Code
Bernama reported that the suspect is under remand for four days.
Authorities found that the incidents have been taking place over the past few years and mostly happened when the priest was with the victims in the car or at home.
