A father and his two sons have been charged in the Kota Bharu Sessions Court with sexually assaulting his two daughters in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan
According to the New Straits Times, the three men, aged 65, 33, and 24, were charged separately and pleaded not guilty to the offences before Judge Zulkifli Abdullah.
According to the charge sheets, the 65-year-old father is accused of physically and sexually assaulting his daughters, aged 12 and 16, in the living room of their home between 2pm and 3pm in July.
His two sons are also accused of sexually assaulting their 16-year-old sister in separate incidents — one believed to have happened in the middle of last year, and another on 19 September, between 12.15am and 12.30am.

Image via New Straits TimesAll three were charged under Section 14 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 (Act 792), which carries a punishment of up to 20 years in prison and caning if convicted
Deputy public prosecutor Siti Hajar Mazlan appeared for the prosecution, while the accused were represented by Nik Mohamad Naqib Mohamad Noor.
The prosecution did not offer bail, as the case is non-bailable under the law.
The court has fixed 6 November for the next mention of the case.
