Man Gets RM4,000 Fine For Pulling His Colleague's Bra Strap In PJ Because She Ignored Him
The man and the victim were both working at the Secret Recipe cake factory in Kelana Jaya on 16 December 2018 when the incident happened.

A 25-year-old Nepalese man was slapped with a RM4,000 fine yesterday, 3 December, for pulling his colleague's bra strap
Bernama reported that the man was fined in default five months' jail at the Petaling Jaya Magistrate's Court yesterday.
The man, named Pratap Thokar, pleaded guilty to a charge of using a gesture intended to insult the modesty of the 23-year-old victim under Section 509 of the Penal Code.
The offence carries a maximum jail sentence of five years and a fine.
The incident happened at a Secret Recipe cake factory in Taman Mayang, Kelana Jaya on 16 December 2018
Pratap reportedly pulled the victim's bra strap after she refused to acknowledge his calls, according to Utusan Online.
They were both working at the cake section of the plant.
Pratap pleaded to Magistrate Mohamad Ikhwan Mohd Nasir for a lighter sentence prior to the ruling
Pratap, who was not represented in court, argued that he only pulled the victim's bra strap to gain her attention.
However, Deputy Public Prosecutor Alia Sumayyah Amran asked the court to give a deterrent sentence against Pratap for what he did.
"I urge the court to take into consideration the fact that the accused has disrupted the peace of the workers at the plant," she said.
