Puchong Man Shot In Front Of Wife And Baby While Just Outside Of Their Home

He was shutting the gates when he was shot by a man riding a motorcycle.

A man was shot right outside of his own home in Puchong yesterday, 21 September

New Straits Times reported that the victim is 35 years old and he was shot in the abdomen at Jalan BK 5/3, Bandar Kinrara, in the afternoon.

The man is a former IT company owner and when the incident took place, he was about to leave for lunch with his wife and baby around 12.45pm.

While shutting the gates, the victim heard someone calling his name.

He was then shot by a man riding a motorcycle when he turned around.

Meanwhile, the man's wife and baby were in the car, reported New Straits Times.

The perpetrator managed to flee on his motorcycle and an ambulance was summoned to attend to the victim.

He told The Star, "The Selangor police headquarters forensic unit was dispatched to the scene to assist investigations. Investigations are ongoing and we have identified the suspects involved."

The case is currently investigated under Section 307 of the Penal Code for attempted murder.
