[VIDEO] MPKJ Staff Slaps A Nepalese Guard For Doing His Job

The incident happened in Bangi Golf Resort, Selangor.

An MPKJ staff was caught on video slapping a Nepalese guard in front of a security checkpoint at Bangi Golf Resort, Selangor on 5 March

The 22-second long CCTV footage was uploaded on several Facebook pages since Monday, 12 March.

At the time of writing, the video has been viewed more than 1.5 million times and shared by over 13,000 people.

At the start of the video, the security guard could be seen reaching out his left arm towards the direction of the front passenger seat, presumably to ask for the driver's information

However, the purple Myvi driver came out of the car visibly upset and walked towards the security guard.

The enraged man shoved and slapped the guard's face before the pair stepped out of the video frame.

Kumal, the security guard explained the episode further in a police report filed on the same day of the incident

Apparently, the man slapped Kumal because he was unhappy with the guard for asking his personal details for entry to the golf club resort.

Kumal brought the angry man to meet his supervisor to calm the situation down. The Myvi driver eventually gave the required information after the supervisor explained that it is their standard operating procedure (SOP) to collect a visitor's personal details before allowing entry into the premises.

In the report, the Nepalese security guard also mentioned that the Myvi driver cooperated well with the supervisor.
