20-year-old serial paedophile Mohd Amir Mohd Layi was arrested after an eight-year-old student in Terengganu informed her teacher of their encounters

The suspect, an air-conditioning technician, was arrested at his home on 27 March after the teacher made a police report, reported Malay Mail Online.

"He would then threaten the victims to keep quiet and the traumatised students would comply as the suspect starts recording the lewd act," Fazlisyam added.

Mohd Amir has been convicted for trespassing in the past.
