How A Group Of Good Samaritans Rescued An Elderly Woman From Snatch Thieves In Ipoh
The police have successfully arrested the two suspects involved in the incident.

During the 3.20pm incident, the 68-year-old victim was in her car when she was attacked by the pillion rider who opened her car door and snatched her bag.
A CCTV footage showing the absolutely shocking incident that happened at an alley in Pasir Putih, Ipoh, Perak has gone viral on social media.
The CCTV recording shows two passers-by who rushed to help the victim. A quick-thinking man attacked the robbers as they tried to flee, and knocked them off-balance.
In less than a minute, a group of people gathered around the scene, and tried to prevent the snatch thieves from escaping
It was chaotic.
The duo can be seen struggling as they tried to get on their bike to flee the scene, but more and more people congregated to lend a helping hand to apprehend the suspects.
In the CCTV recording, several people were seen beating up the two assailants in their attempts to subdue them.
It is learned that the public managed to foil the robbers' escape bid.
"Apa bukti? (What's your proof?)" one of the suspects said repeatedly
Video recordings that surfaced on social media revealed that one of the manipulative suspects claimed that he was being accused and demanded proof that he was trying to rob the elderly woman.
According to media reports, the public decided to let the duo go in the end as they did not manage to rob the victim.
Nevertheless, the police have successfully nabbed the suspects involved later
According to the police, two suspects, aged 23 and 28, were arrested following a police report that was lodged by the victim. They have been remanded for six days for investigations.
Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Sum Chang Keong revealed that the suspects used a motorcycle with a fake registration plate during that robbery attempt.
"Two men on a motorcycle pulled her shirt and asked for money. The woman shouted for help and people came to her aid."
"The victim did not suffer any losses or injuries during the incident," he was quoted as saying by The Star Online.
