Man Caught On CCTV Sniffing Bra & Masturbating In Penang Apartment Block

A man in George Town, Penang was recently caught on CCTV stealing a woman's bra and masturbating outside her apartment unit
In the CCTV footage uploaded to Facebook community group '槟城吹水站', the man was seen reaching into an apartment unit's front grille and taking the underwear, before standing in front of the apartment to pleasure himself and putting it back.
According to the Facebook post, the incident occurred at an apartment building in Tanjung Bungah at 6.45am on 20 October.
The police received a report about the incident a few hours later at around 1pm, made by a 31-year-old woman
According to Oriental Daily, Northeast district acting police chief Superintendent Lee Swee Sake said the victim discovered that the man was committing the obscene act in front of her home when her CCTV application alerted her of movement in front of the door.
He said the case is currently under investigation.
