Pornhub Finds More Boomers Aged 59 to 77 Are Watching Trans Porn

According to Pornhub's 2023 Year in Review, individuals born between 1946 and 1964 exhibited a significant 58% rise in their interest in transgender adult content in comparison to younger age demographics.
The report collected data from Pornhub users from 20 countries including the US, the Philippines, France, Mexico, the UK, Japan, Germany, Italy, Canada, Brazil, Spain, Poland, Australia, Ukraine, Netherlands, Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Chile, and Sweden.
However, Pornhub's findings contradict research from the Pew Research Center
The US-based research center highlighted a differing sentiment among older US adults, where a significant portion expressed reservations about societal acceptance of transgender individuals.
That said, it's essential to note that one's porn preferences may not necessarily align with their level of acceptance towards the LGBTQ community.
Pornhub's annual report also sheds light on shifting trends in viewership preferences across all generations
The report spotlights the preferences of Gen Z, showcasing a significant interest in cosplay and hentai, marking a 146% and 94% higher viewership, respectively, compared to older age groups.
Gender-wise, lesbian content remains popular among female viewers, surpassing male viewership by 196%, while trans content is 175% more viewed by women than men.
