She was briefly left alone while her husband went inside their house to grab her passport

Petaling Jaya Police chief Assistant Commissioner ACP Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal told Berita Harian that the couple had just returned from an appointment at a private hospital.

He explained that due to complications with her pregnancy, the woman was instead referred to Sungai Buloh Hospital.

"The couple stopped by their home to get the woman's passport. Unfortunately, as the husband went back to their car, he realised that his wife had passed away," he added.
