The driver of a black Porsche Cayenne who has repeatedly gone viral for driving aggressively on the road has been sentenced to five days in jail, fined RM10,000, and disqualified from driving for five years
According to the New Straits Times, Woo Hong Jiang, 56, pleaded guilty to reckless and dangerous driving at the Petaling Jaya Magistrate's Court on Thursday, 22 October.
Woo was charged with driving recklessly along the Puchong Bypass towards Bukit Jalil and Serdang at about 2.14pm on 18 October, endangering himself and other road users.
The charge was brought under Section 42(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987, which carries a maximum prison sentence of five years and a fine of between RM5,000 and RM15,000.
Magistrate Nur Natasya Mohtaruddin ordered Woo to begin serving his jail sentence immediately, adding that he would face an additional six months in jail if he failed to pay the fine.
Woo, who was not represented, was brought to court after his two-day remand period expired following his arrest.

The driver was arrested after a police report was lodged against him on 19 October, following the circulation of videos showing his aggressive driving
Dashcam footage of the 18 October incident, shared on Threads, allegedly shows the driver repeatedly swerving into another motorist's lane in a sudden and aggressive manner.
The post warned other road users to be careful around the "famous black Porsche Cayenne that always road bully in Puchong area".
Other posts and videos have also purportedly shown the same car being driven dangerously, including incidents involving sudden swerving and braking.

Deputy public prosecutor Adriana Maisarah Mohd Farid had urged the court to impose a heavy sentence, citing the dashcam footage
"He acts like a road bully. There are dashcam videos showing him driving dangerously and even though no accidents or damages occurred, he had endangered other road users and could have potentially caused a collision," she said.
