PM: RM500 Special Hari Raya Aid For Civil Servants Grade 56 And Below

Civil servants will be receiving a special RM500 financial aid in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri this year
According to a statement on Facebook today, 1 April, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said those eligible for the financial assistance are civil servants of Grade 56 and below.
He said civil servants under contractual appointments will also be eligible for the aid.
"God willing, the aid will be distributed as early as this Friday, 5 April," he said.
The prime minister also announced that government retirees will be receiving a one-off payment of RM250
He said all veterans are eligible for the aid, regardless of whether they receive pension or not.
