Senior Citizen In Putrajaya Suddenly Collapses In The Middle Of The Road And Dies
A witness saw her walking slowly before falling to the ground while dogs barked loudly at her.
A senior citizen in Dengkil suddenly collapsed and died in the middle of the road
Harian Metro reported that the incident took place yesterday, 29 September, around 6.30am.
The woman's body was found lying down at an intersection
Sepang deputy district police chief SUPT Md Noor Aehwan Mohammad told Harian Metro, "The 65-year-old woman who works as a cleaner was found dead at the intersection entering Kampung Baru Dengkil and Taman Baiduri Dengkil."
He added that a witness said that they heard dogs barking loudly and saw the victim walking slowly towards Taman Baiduri Dengkil before falling to the ground.
"The witness called an ambulance straight away for further action. Members of the Dengkil Health Clinic arrived and confirmed that the victim had passed away," he explained.
An autopsy carried out by the forensics unit at Putrajaya Hospital confirmed that the woman died of a heart attack
Md Noor Aehwan also told Berita Harian that there was no closed-circuit television (CCTV) at the location and no elements of crime were found on the victim's body.
"Autopsy reports found that the cause of death is a heart attack," he added.
