A 42-year-old class teacher in Seremban pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court to five counts of sexual assault involving her 14-year-old male student

According to the New Straits Times, the charges relate to allegations of an inappropriate relationship spanning several months last year.

The prosecution said the accused abused her position of trust. The alleged offences include both physical encounters and digital misconduct involving the young teenager.

The physical incidents allegedly occurred between 12 September 2025 and 7 April 2026, at locations including outside a Seremban 2 apartment and a house in Taman Nusa Intan.

The non-physical charges involve explicit WhatsApp messages

The teacher allegedly transmitted images of her private parts to the student and prompted him to send similar photos between 13 September 2025 and 10 April 2026.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Norazihah Asmuni pushed for a bail of RM30,000 per charge.

Defence lawyer Zaflee Pakwanteh argued for leniency, explaining his client is a married mother of two earning RM6,000 a month

Judge Siti Aishah Ab Rashid ultimately set a consolidated bail at RM25,000.

The court ordered the accused to surrender her passport, report to the police station monthly, and avoid the victim completely.

She has since been transferred to a district education office, and the case is set for mention at a later date.
