A Staff From Komugi 1 Utama Has Tested Positive For COVID-19
The employee is now under the care of a government hospital.

A team member from Komugi at 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Bandar Utama has tested positive for COVID-19
In a statement on 4 November, the team member was immediately discharged from work on 2 November after she had developed symptoms.
She is currently being treated at a government hospital.
Komugi has since notified the mall management and taken immediate measures in accordance with the Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines
The outlet was quickly closed down for sanitisation and disinfection throughout the premise. All food and packaging that were exposed were discarded.
Those who were in close contact and secondary contact with the affected employee will be asked to self-quarantine and undergo tests.
All staff members were sent to test for COVID-19 at a government hospital. A separate new team will operate the bakery after they have tested negative.
