Teacher Who Allegedly Made Rape Jokes & Plans To Sue Now Files Police Report Against Ain

The 17-year-old student and her father have been called in for questioning over the report.

A school teacher — who was accused by a female student of making rape jokes during a physical and health education class — has now filed a police report against the student, her father confirmed to SAYS

In a statement to this SAYS writer, the father, Saiful Nizam Abdul Wahab, said that he received a call from the Sungai Buloh police headquarters, asking him and his daughter to come in for questioning.

Earlier, the 17-year-old student, Ain Husniza Saiful Nizam, tweeted that the teacher has filed a report.

The father asked for people to pray for the matter to the resolved smoothly.

The teacher, who has not been identified by his name so far, has also sent a letter of demand to Ain for "defamatory statements"

He is demanding RM1 million in compensation for defamation.

The letter, which was sent to Ain on 4 August, gives the family seven days to respond.

Amidst this, a police investigation into the teacher has been completed, with the case being classified as no further action (NFA) by the deputy public prosecutor.
