Early in the video, an elderly man who is a passerby attempts to open the car doors and seems to be checking the dashboard for a number to call

At 1:33 of the video, the driver of the car that was blocked appears with what looks like a long object/bat. He proceeds to SMASH the passenger window of the car.

At 1:34, the owner of the car who was blocked, smashes the window of the double-parked car.
