"We Will Never Give Up" – Poster At SAR Camp Offers Hope Of Finding Last Victim

Although the rescue workers are exhausted from search operations, they have not given up hope to bring the last missing person home.

As of today, 23 December, the tragedy in Batang Kali has claimed 30 lives, while one boy remains missing.

Although the rescue workers are exhausted from search operations, they have not given up hope to bring the last missing person home.

To encourage each other and keep their morale up, the search and rescue (SAR) team posted notes with words of encouragement on the tents of personnel, saying "WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP".

"We will stand out courageously to accomplish the mission," the poster read.

"May Allah Almighty bless the frontliners from 11 brigades and multi-agency SAR team."
