A family in Shah Alam is desperately looking for a teenage girl who has been missing since Monday, 31 May
According to Bernama, the police confirmed that they have received a report regarding 15-year-old Nur Elida's disappearance on Tuesday, 1 June.
Shah Alam district police chief ACP Baharudin Mat Taib said that the report was lodged by the girl's father, Mohd Rushdan Mohamad Yusof.
Baharudin noted, "Nur Elida left the house on 31 May but had not returned by the time the police report was lodged. This case is still under investigation by the police and she is classified as a missing person."
The teen's disappearance was brought to light by an Instagram account dubbed SkateMalaysia
According to the post, Nur Elida was playing with her skateboard at a park near her family home before she went missing.
Around 10pm, her father asked a sibling to call for her, but they only found her gloves and helmet.
