You need to follow OpenAI's terms and conditions when creating your custom GPTs. Through an email to GPT Builders, OpenAI reminded users to make their GPTs public.

San Francisco-based OpenAI shared that users can build GPTs without the necessity of learning any coding.
You'll be able to easily create a chatbox to do anything from teaching kids math to writing recipes for delicious delicacies.
