In light of the nationwide restricted movement order, most businesses have been ordered to temporarily close down starting today, 18 March

Essential services like utilities, telcos, transport, postal, banking, pharmacies, and food suppliers can still operate.

However, the public has been strongly discouraged from leaving their homes unless it is absolutely necessary.
