‘MapleStorySEA’ Is Bringing A 21st Anniversary Adventure Camp To KL This October
The free-entry event will have plenty of activities to keep Maplers busy all weekend.

Remember spending way too many hours wandering around Maple World?
MapleStorySEA, the 2D side-scrolling online RPG that many Malaysians grew up playing, is bringing some of that nostalgia offline with a two-day anniversary camp in Kuala Lumpur this October.
Called Maple Adventure Camp, the event takes place at the Main Atrium of LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) from 31 October to 1 November 2026. It celebrates the game's 21st anniversary.
Entry is free for everyone, whether you're a longtime Mapler or just curious about the orange mushrooms.
The camp follows MapleStorySEA's Maple Campus celebration in Singapore. This time, the anniversary goes on a "school trip" to KL.
Grab an RSVP Pack if you want the full camp experience
Walk-ins are welcome all weekend. For extra goodies, there's an optional RSVP Pack for RM50, available on Ticket2U while stocks last. Each person can buy a maximum of two.
Each pack comes with:
- A drawstring pouch
- A Camp Pass
- A mascot enamel pin (random)
- A Lucky Draw ticket
- A "Welcome to Maple Camp!" in-game package
The Camp Pass is where it gets fun. Pack holders can complete four challenges around the venue: Puzzle Trail, Survival Training, Dexterity Drill, and a Social Media Activity. You get a stamp for each one.
Collect all four stamps and you'll walk away with a 21st Anniversary Exclusive Scarf, while stocks last.
Make something, play something, and eat something
If you'd rather get crafty, there are two paid workshops, with all materials included:
- Maple Fuse Beads (RM50): Turn MapleStorySEA characters into pixel art with fuse beads
- Mini Succulents (RM70): Pot and decorate your own mini succulent
Slots per session are limited, so it's worth heading there early.
Over at the MSI PC Zone, you can try MapleStorySEA on the spot. New players who sign up for an account on-site get a spin at the gacha for free gifts.
Low on HP? The Maple Canteen by Doko Koko Cafe is open to all visitors. It serves Health and Mana Potion drinks, hot dogs, snack boxes, and toasted s'mores.
Fans hunting for merchandise can head to the Maple Supplies Store, which will stock limited-edition 21st anniversary items and new releases.
There's also a lot going on at the stage
Over the weekend, you can catch:
- A Cosplayer Meet & Greet
- Guess The Character
- Ghost stories sessions on both nights
You can also create your own character at the MapleStorySEA Virtual Space and watch it appear live on the big screen.
The final day ends with the 21st anniversary cake cutting, followed by the Grand Lucky Draw. Prizes are worth up to RM10,000, with MSI as prize sponsor.
Every RSVP Pack comes with one lucky draw ticket. You can earn more by spending at the event: one ticket for every RM100 spent on merchandise, and one for every RM100 spent on F&B.
Just note that winners must be present at the event on 1 November to claim their prizes.
