E-Wallet Users, Rejoice! GrabPay Is Now Accepted Everywhere With DuitNow QR

E-wallet users, we've got good news for you. You can now use GrabPay everywhere with DuitNow QR, yay! :D
Whether you’re buying groceries, getting takeaway food, or pumping petrol, you’ve probably seen the pink DuitNow QR around. In fact, DuitNow QR is Malaysia’s National QR Standard, and can be found almost everywhere in Malaysia.
P.S. If you're heading out, remember to stay safe, keep practising physical distancing, and follow all the standard operating procedures (SOPs). :)
Now that GrabPay supports DuitNow QR, you can rely on GrabPay for all your needs!
This means you can use your e-wallet for so many other things now, without having to worry about carrying cash or whether the merchant accepts GrabPay.
Here's how to use GrabPay to scan any DuitNow QR:

On top of that, you’ll be able to find GrabPay Preferred Merchants all around you
A GrabPay Preferred Merchant will display a special GrabPay DuitNow QR – it has the iconic pink DuitNow QR with a green sleeve and the GrabPay logo at the bottom. You’ll also see “Scan me to earn GrabRewards Points” at the top of these sleeves.
When you perform the Perfect Match, GrabPay will reward you with every transaction
What’s the Perfect Match? It’s when you use GrabPay to scan a GrabPay DuitNow QR to make a payment. You’ll earn up to 3x GrabRewards Points each time you do so, helping you rack up all those points in no time and redeem lots of cool stuff, yasss!
You can use your collected GrabRewards Points to pay for things or redeem discounts on the Grab app, including for GrabFood, GrabMart, Grab Rides, and other partners.Plus, did you know that performing the Perfect Match at participating merchants could earn you discounts for your next visit?

Pro-tip: If you use GrabPay to scan a DuitNow QR issued by other providers, the transaction will still go through, but you won't get any GrabRewards Points. So, keep an eye out for those green standees! :P
