Good news, Malaysians will be able to start claiming their RM100 eMADANI credit starting today, 4 December, woohoo!
To sweeten the deal, Maybank is giving you a chance to win more than RM500,000 in prizes
There are lots of prizes up for grabs. For instance, you could walk home with a brand new ride like a Proton S70, Proton Exora, Proton Saga, or Honda 2023 RSX V2.
But that's just the start, 'cause Maybank is giving away gaming laptops, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 smartphones, smart TVs, PlayStation 5s, and even 10g gold, woah!
There will also be multiple cash prizes of RM500, RM2,000, and RM5,000 to be won. The good news is that you'll automatically be entered to win these prizes by spending your eMADANI credit.
Just Scan & Pay at participating merchants, and make sure to select your eMADANI credit (which will be your default payment option). You'll gain two entries to win RM500,000 worth of prizes every time you Scan & Pay a minimum of RM10 using your eMADANI credit.
P.S. Did you know that payment via the MAE app is accepted at over 700,000 merchants nationwide? This means you can use your eMADANI credit almost anywhere, even at many local mum-and-pop shops!

Not sure if you're eligible? Here's a look at who can redeem eMADANI:
- Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above
- Annual income of RM100,000 and below
- Did not claim eBelia Rahmah in 2023
However, Malaysians who fit these criteria will not eligible for eMADANI:
- First jobbers who don't have their taxes filed with LHDN
- Retirees who stopped filing taxes with LHDN
- Unemployed individuals (unless they are Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah recipients)
- Previously earning above RM100,000/year, with current annual salary below RM100,000
In case you didn't know, the RM100 eMADANI credit is given by the government to assist Malaysians part of the B40 and M40 group in reducing their burden and adopt cashless payments. Not only that, it's also aimed towards supporting local merchants and small businesses.
Eligible Malaysians can claim their eMADANI from 4 December to 20 February 2024 from participating e-wallet platforms, including the MAE app! The usage period for the credits will be until 29 February 2024.
