The Everything, Everywhere, All at Once (2022) actress is the proud title-holder for Outstanding Performance By A Female Actor In A Leading Role, making her the first Asian woman to receive it, and the second to have been nominated.

Dato Michelle Yeoh was seen holding back tears of joy upon the announcement, and received a standing ovation from the audience members, including co-stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Ke Huy Quan, who was also the first Asian male to win a similar title the same night.

But most importantly, we never give up. I thank you...  This is not just for me, this is for every little girl who looks like me," the actress elegantly delivered her acceptance speech, holding onto her new trophy.
